Oversee day-to-day construction operations, including project plan development, cost analysis, and stakeholder communication. Lead and mentor project management teams while managing the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to close-out.

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of a project including sales, estimating, permitting, programming, design, and construction. They must track and control the construction schedule and project costs to ensure completion within budget and time constraints.
