You will lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of large-scale MuleSoft integration solutions for external clients. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, shape statements of work, and drive technical architecture decisions throughout the engagement lifecycle.

The Client Success Manager will own the client relationship and project delivery across a portfolio of up to 20 concurrent engagements. They are responsible for maintaining project health, enforcing scope discipline, and identifying follow-on opportunities while leveraging AI-powered delivery tools.
