The Manager of Global Volunteer Development designs and implements strategies to recruit, support, and mobilize volunteers across multiple regions. They coordinate with internal leadership to ensure program alignment and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer initiatives.

The specialist will drive pipeline growth through proactive outreach, prospect research, and account management while creating high-quality marketing materials and managing CRM data. They will also serve as a cross-departmental liaison to support partnership fulfillment, reporting, and strategic reviews.

The Fundraising Associate will identify, cultivate, and secure new donors and partners across the UK and European markets while managing existing relationships. They will engage with corporate partners, individual donors, and grant-making foundations to generate contributions for GGC's mission.
