The Donor Officer is responsible for building, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with donors and prospects to advance the mission of Greater Europe Mission. They will manage an assigned caseload, conduct donor visits, and collaborate with the development team to support fundraising strategies.
The Executive Director provides strategic and spiritual leadership for Greater Europe Mission in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. They are responsible for organizational operations, building donor partnerships, and leading an executive team to multiply disciples and strengthen the church.
The Director of Operations provides leadership for shared operational systems, organizational standards, risk management, and entity development across GEM International. This role strengthens collaboration and organizational effectiveness by overseeing IT systems, legal coordination, and organizational metrics.
The Director oversees the engagement, preparation, and deployment of new workers serving in Europe, acting as the primary contact for appointees. This includes guiding new workers in fundraising models and coordinating with Sending Entities to ensure successful placement.
