The Donor Officer is responsible for building, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with donors and prospects to advance the organization's mission. They will manage a caseload of donors, conduct regular touchpoints, and collaborate with the development team to support fundraising strategies.
The Director oversees the engagement, preparation, and deployment of new workers serving in Europe, acting as the primary contact for appointees. This includes guiding new workers in fundraising models and coordinating with Sending Entities to ensure successful placement.
