The International Recruitment Director leads and strengthens recruitment efforts across Europe by developing scalable strategies and structures. The role involves equipping partners, churches, and leaders to identify and send workers while managing various recruitment programs.

The Director oversees the engagement, preparation, and deployment of new workers serving in Europe, acting as the primary contact for appointees. This includes guiding new workers in fundraising models and coordinating with Sending Entities to ensure successful placement.
