Golden Steps ABA

Conduct clinical quality assurance reviews on BCBA reports and client performance data to ensure compliance with ABA standards and insurance requirements. Provide training, technical support for Central Reach, and guidance to other BCBAs to maintain clinical excellence.

The BCBA will develop evidence-based programming and provide training and supervision to RBTs. They will also conduct assessments and maintain communication with treatment team members.
