Golden Steps ABA

The QA BCBA is responsible for onboarding and training new BCBAs while reviewing clinical reports and programming for clients. They also provide technical support and ensure the quality of session notes.

Develop evidence-based programming based on client data and provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs. Conduct intake assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and collaborate with treatment team members and external service providers.
