Gnosis

Design and deploy high-performance backend services using Go to bridge traditional financial rails with crypto assets. You will implement RESTful APIs and integrate card processing platforms to scale the Gnosis Pay B2B2C infrastructure.

Manage the end-to-end dispute and chargeback lifecycle while developing strategies to minimize financial losses from card fraud. Implement and optimize fraud detection systems, 3DS protocols, and risk rules to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

The Card Program Manager will scale card operations by developing operational processes and managing the full card lifecycle, including onboarding, fulfillment, and fraud management. They will collaborate with payment processors, vendors, and sponsor banks to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will work directly with the Head of Gnosis App to solve high-priority problems and drive cross-functional execution across the company. Your role involves identifying bottlenecks, building scalable systems, and utilizing AI to increase overall team velocity.
