The VP of Marketing will establish the foundations of marketing at GSTS, owning the end-to-end strategy and execution for the maritime AI platform. This includes driving pipeline growth across Defence & Security and Shipping/Supply Chain segments while aligning Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Own and drive the product roadmap and execution for OCIANA capabilities supporting defence, national security, and public safety. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and government stakeholders to translate mission needs into high-impact maritime intelligence products.

Lead the full commercial lifecycle for defence and security opportunities, from early market shaping to contract award. Develop and manage global relationships with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and position the OCIANA platform.

The Product Designer will create functional UI/UX requirements, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups for a maritime intelligence platform. They will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex workflows into accessible user experiences and maintain the SaaS design system.

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to support growth objectives across marketing, sales, and brand awareness. Create high-quality, audience-focused content that translates complex maritime intelligence and technology concepts into clear messaging.
