Plan, conduct, and monitor internal and external audits, as well as incoming and outgoing goods inspections, to ensure quality standards. Maintain and develop site-specific management systems and processes, optimize operational workflows in collaboration with manufacturing and development, and lead a four-person quality assurance team.
