Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA and intelligent automation initiatives across clinical and administrative functions for major health systems. Act as a strategic leader bridging the gap between clinical stakeholders, technology teams, and executive sponsors to drive digital transformation.

Analyze and optimize healthcare workflows by identifying automation opportunities using RPA tools and Epic EMR expertise. Collaborate with technical teams to implement intelligent automation solutions and create detailed process documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain production-grade RPA bots for healthcare prior authorization workflows using UiPath. Collaborate with architects and SMEs to translate clinical requirements into stable, reusable automation components.
