Lead and optimize the Accounts Payable function across multiple legal entities and states within a high-growth, acquisitive environment. Oversee vendor management, sales tax compliance, and the integration of AP processes for newly acquired business units.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries for multiple entities. They will also ensure GAAP compliance and manage sales and use tax issues across multiple states.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned brands, including job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates through to the offer stage. Collaborate with the Director of TA and hiring managers to maintain pipelines and ensure compliance with recruiting SOPs.

Establish a Center of Excellence to drive sales growth through the creation of scalable playbooks, SOPs, and a structured Sales Academy. The role involves coaching brand presidents and sales teams, managing performance dashboards, and supporting the hiring of outbound prospecting roles.
