Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan while managing caseloads and documentation. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to develop treatment plans.
The therapist provides individual and group therapy using evidence-based perinatal and reproductive mental health approaches. They also participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to program development, and deliver internal education.
Therapists will provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families with diverse mental health needs, including ADHD, mood disorders, and relational issues, while also conducting assessments, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans. Responsibilities also include completing timely electronic documentation and managing caseloads, including schedule maintenance and attendance.
