The role involves troubleshooting daily technical issues and guiding clients through the digital platform to ensure a seamless support experience. You will also capture client feedback to provide input for product improvements and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

The Communications Lead will own Fonoa's internal and external voice, managing media relations, social channels, and executive presence. They will partner with Product Marketing to execute a consistent strategic narrative across all company touchpoints.
