You will lead end-to-end technical implementations by partnering with hotel partners to architect and deploy integrations with their existing ERP and property management systems. Additionally, you will own the customer technical journey from discovery through production while building scalable integration frameworks to accelerate future onboarding.
You will own the end-to-end Folio Buy workflow, identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements to accelerate customer onboarding. You will also build programmatic tooling and monitoring to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
The Partnerships Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the AAHOA ecosystem, driving marketplace adoption and managing on-the-ground relationships.
