Flash Pack

This role involves leading Growth engineering efforts, supporting and coaching engineers while remaining a hands-on contributor, primarily building and shipping growth features using React and TypeScript. The manager will also partner closely with Product and Marketing to shape, build, and learn from initiatives driving acquisition, conversion, and retention.

The Growth Engineer will work on the full lifecycle of growth initiatives, from shaping hypotheses with Product and Marketing to building and shipping full-stack features using React and TypeScript. Responsibilities include running A/B tests, analyzing results, maintaining the codebase, and leveraging customer insights to improve user flows.
