The representative will answer incoming calls from the 988 Crisis and Suicide Lifeline, providing online emotional support, de-escalating imminent risk clients, and completing necessary safety planning. Duties also include deploying mobile crisis units or engaging law enforcement when necessary, and meeting all performance metrics.
