Filo Mortgage

The Senior Mortgage Underwriter will evaluate borrower credit, income, and assets while ensuring all loans meet investor and agency guidelines. They are responsible for managing the credit decision process from initial submission through to the clear-to-close stage.

This role ensures consistent and thorough compliance support for mortgage lending staff by meeting all regulatory requirements of the TRID rule, along with other guidelines, through the disclosing and pricing of mortgage loans. Key duties involve preparing and delivering accurate initial mortgage loan disclosures, managing updates to fees, and acting as a broker contact for disclosure activities.
