The role involves managing and servicing a portfolio of small municipal and parapublic accounts while providing professional support to clients. You will also assist team brokers with administrative tasks, policy modifications, and the preparation of renewals.

The appraiser will formulate objective opinions and establish the real value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for assessment rolls. They will also act as an expert witness in legal disputes and provide guidance to municipalities and taxpayers regarding property valuation.
