Perform virtual inspections of residential properties using digital tools and video meetings to update property assessment rolls. Analyze physical building characteristics and document findings in computerized systems to maintain an accurate inventory.

The appraiser will formulate objective opinions and establish the real value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for assessment rolls. They will also act as an expert witness in legal disputes and provide guidance to municipalities and taxpayers regarding property valuation.
