The Outreach Specialist will support lead generation by preparing personalized outreach materials and maintaining CRM data accuracy. They will also assist with social media management and provide general marketing operational support.

The intern will support various HR functions, focusing heavily on talent acquisition, including assisting with job postings, screening, and interview coordination. Responsibilities also cover supporting onboarding/offboarding, maintaining records, tracking metrics, and participating in HR initiatives and meetings.

The Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify new business leads, manage sales activity within HubSpot CRM, and conduct outbound outreach. They will also promote de-escalation seminars and partner with Operations for client onboarding.
