The Impound Specialist is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing vehicle impound accounts while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. They also serve as the primary point of contact for customers, recovery agents, and law enforcement regarding impound activities.

Manage a portfolio of high-risk delinquent accounts by developing effective collection strategies and negotiating payment resolutions. Provide leadership and support to junior collectors while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company standards.

The Specialty Manager oversees the leadership and process management of the Specialty Team, focusing on Cease/Desist, Deceased, and Voluntary Surrender functions. They are responsible for monitoring customer call handling, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, and managing team productivity SLAs.
