They are responsible for monitoring customer call handling, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, and managing team productivity SLAs.

Responsible for the daily review, approval, and documentation of vehicle repossession assignments. Acts as the final checkpoint to ensure all state and federal regulations are strictly followed before approving accounts.
