You will design scalable, conversion-focused web experiences and develop comprehensive design systems using Figma. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-fidelity UI and integrate user insights into the design process.
The specialist will research, draft, and edit clinical content for patients and providers while ensuring accuracy and health literacy. They will also support program development by conducting literature reviews and translating clinical requirements into clear workflows.
Physicians will support asynchronous medical necessity review following a completed genetic counseling session by reviewing clinical documentation and assessing the need for genetic testing. This includes authorizing testing orders and ensuring strict adherence to documentation standards, medical necessity criteria, and applicable regulations.
