Key duties include conducting advanced engineering analyses, overseeing failure analysis, and mentoring junior engineers.

This senior manager oversees the design, development, and manufacturing of three-phase transformers across multiple teams and functions, leading engineering efforts of junior managers and senior individual contributors. The role drives tactical execution of engineering plans, manages cross-functional collaboration, and delivers high-quality, custom, and optimized transformer designs.

As a PMO representative, you will assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and documentation. You will also coordinate meetings, track project deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
