The role focuses on building trusted referral partnerships with healthcare providers to increase patient access to treatment. Responsibilities include managing the CRM database, conducting outbound outreach, and coordinating with clinical teams for seamless patient transitions.

The Primary Therapist conducts individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. They are responsible for completing comprehensive clinical assessments and maintaining accurate patient documentation within an interdisciplinary team.
