Administer and maintain enterprise unified communications and contact center technologies including Microsoft Teams Phone and Amazon Connect. Provide advanced technical support and drive continuous improvement through automation and infrastructure modernization.

The Primary Therapist conducts individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. They are responsible for completing comprehensive clinical assessments and maintaining accurate patient documentation within an interdisciplinary team.
