The specialist is responsible for managing the government insuring process for FHA, VA, and USDA loans post-closing to ensure accuracy and compliance. They will also reconcile case warnings, process insurance premiums, and maintain documentation for audits and agency reporting.

The Underwriter will independently underwrite various mortgage loans, ensuring compliance, risk assessment, and sound decision-making based on AUS and manual analysis while meeting all investor and regulatory guidelines. Key duties include reviewing documentation, making timely approval or rejection decisions, and communicating outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

The Account Manager will oversee the entire loan file lifecycle, ensuring all documentation requirements are met and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process. Key duties include managing approvals, conducting client welcome calls, tracking conditions, and ensuring timely loan submissions and closings.
