The intern will rotate through Mortgage Services teams to understand operations and conduct research on systemic barriers to mortgages for Indigenous peoples. They will develop a final report with findings and recommendations to improve services for Indigenous communities.

The representative will handle inbound calls and chats to provide product information, troubleshoot banking issues, and manage digital onboarding for customers. They are responsible for meeting service SLAs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
