Facilitate professional development activities and oversee the mentorship program for the DOE Alumni Network. Coordinate career support events and maintain a suite of resources for job-seeking alumni.

Lead the tracking and analysis of U.S. Department of Energy spending, appropriations, and authorizations to identify innovation funding gaps. Establish and manage a volunteer-based working group of alumni to produce relevant publications and strategic funding priorities.

Lead the multi-year 'Envisioning the Future of DOE' initiative to establish a non-partisan research and policy agenda for the Department of Energy. This includes coordinating alumni volunteers, developing strategic reports, and managing relationships with key stakeholders and Congress.
