The Nutrition Specialist will provide evidence-based obesity science and nutrition advice to patients via telehealth. They will work within a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care plans synchronously and asynchronously.

The specialist will evaluate client fitness levels, plan reachable goals, and educate clients on exercise and injury prevention through personalized training plans delivered via telehealth. Duties also include charting progress, motivating clients, and adapting plans as goals are achieved while collaborating with the nutrition department.

The Exercise Specialist will evaluate client fitness levels, create tailored training plans, and motivate clients through positive engagement. They will also work with a multidisciplinary team to provide best-in-class care and outcomes for patients.

The role involves managing a panel of 250 patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. The position also allows for practice autonomy with administrative support.
