Responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and completing ongoing documentation such as case notes and treatment plan reviews. Clinicians must also provide excellent customer service, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
