Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and AWS to support a flagship SaaS application. Collaborate with product teams to deliver high-quality frontend experiences in React and mentor other engineers to raise technical standards.

The role involves conducting product demonstrations for French-speaking clients and managing the full post-sales customer lifecycle. Key goals include driving product adoption, retention, and growth while acting as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of business.

Investigate, triage, and resolve technical issues across the SaaS platform and desktop applications using logs and internal tools. Document product bugs for Engineering and contribute to internal and external knowledge base articles.

Lead the strategy and execution of product marketing initiatives and partner go-to-market programs to drive revenue growth. Create compelling messaging, sales enablement assets, and nurture campaigns while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success.

Lead and develop a team of Support Specialists to deliver a world-class customer experience through coaching and accountability. Manage escalations, analyze support data for trends, and collaborate with product teams to resolve customer issues.

This role involves partnering with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and own technical validation processes to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates. Additionally, the engineer will develop internal training and resources to ensure the sales team maintains technical confidence in all conversations.
