Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community organizations and educational institutions to connect participants to services. Manage a caseload by tracking progress toward employment outcomes and completing required documentation in systems of record.

The Area Manager oversees daily operations and staff across multiple locations to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment with workforce development goals. Key duties include managing program budgets, monitoring contractual performance targets, and ensuring compliance with WIOA regulations.

Provide leadership and support to staff managing WIOA and TANF programs to help participants gain and retain employment. Ensure program compliance through quality assurance reviews, caseload reconciliations, and the implementation of customer engagement processes.

The Performance Analyst supports program operations by analyzing performance data and monitoring contract benchmarks to identify operational gaps. They are responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews of participant files and ensuring compliance with WIOA and ISO standards.
