You will develop and implement sales strategies to expand the maintenance business and convert project clients into service clients. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, prepare customized offers, and manage key accounts in collaboration with the CSO.

Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on energy and electrical systems while diagnosing technical faults on-site. Manage the installation and commissioning of components, document service reports, and provide professional consultation to customers.

You will be responsible for coordinating with customers, technicians, and service providers while managing project resources and schedules. Additionally, you will oversee on-site quality assurance, documentation, and lead a team of technical staff.
