Senior Frontline Technician
The senior technician will independently investigate and resolve complex frontline IT issues involving Windows profiles, Microsoft 365, and endpoint remediation. They will also provide coaching to colleagues, maintain knowledge articles, and perform authorized server and network administration tasks.
