The Director of Design manages the design strategy and execution for Food & Beverage and retail venues, concept/brand conversions, and remodel projects across North America. This role involves leading design teams, overseeing the development of design standards, and ensuring design solutions align with brand standards, operational needs, and budget constraints.

The Regional People and Culture Business Partner is responsible for executing full-cycle HR policies and programs, onboarding new team members, and conducting trainings. They also serve as the temporary HR partner for day-to-day operations at airports with HR vacancies.
