Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic business customers to ensure they maximize the value of the Duffel platform. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer performance and needs.
The consultant will be the primary contact for customers, managing incoming communications via email, calls, and live chat to resolve travel booking queries. They will also contribute to product improvement by relaying customer feedback and assisting with team functions like reconciliation and training.
