The Engagement Manager owns the post-sale customer journey, orchestrating the transition from sales to engineering and driving on-time delivery of AI projects. They act as a trusted advisor to clients while identifying new opportunities for growth and value creation.

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and agentic automation systems to optimize client operations. This includes fine-tuning transformer models and building intelligent system-to-system integrations using various automation platforms.

The role serves as the technical owner of product quality, building and automating the entire quality function for AI, software, and automation solutions. Responsibilities include developing QMS frameworks, validating AI agent behavior, and creating internal automation tools to monitor AI output and drift.
