The Director of Digital Marketing will oversee the digital ecosystem to accelerate lead generation and pipeline growth within the wealth management sector. This includes executing multi-channel strategies across SEO, AEO, and paid media while managing marketing spend and reporting to executive leadership.

The role focuses on designing and executing end-to-end onboarding and continuous training programs to accelerate sales productivity. It also involves creating field resources like playbooks and battlecards while partnering with leadership to identify training gaps.

The role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the sales technology ecosystem, focusing on Salesforce administration and workflow automation. Key duties include optimizing the tech stack, maintaining data integrity, and driving platform adoption to improve seller productivity.

The role serves as the operational backbone for the revenue organization and Chief of Staff to the Head of Sales. Responsibilities include building sales processes, managing KPI frameworks, and executing sales enablement strategies to scale the organization.
