Lead the Docugami Europe AI research lab by managing a team of researchers and PhD interns to advance cutting-edge AI technology. Collaborate with academic institutions and internal engineering teams to develop a long-term science roadmap and publish research findings.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design and deliver roadmap features. Work with the in-house science team to integrate AI breakthroughs and ensure end-to-end customer success.

Research and propose solutions for AI science problems and collaborate with academic partners. Work with engineers to integrate research into production and share results through papers and conferences.
