The Director of Ecommerce will lead a high-output team to own site performance, conversion rate optimization, and on-site campaign execution. They will serve as the connective tissue between performance, creative, and marketing teams to ensure the Shopify platform is fully optimized for growth.

The Head of Customer Experience will own the department's strategy, including AI implementation, coaching programs, and service standards. They will also handle high-stakes escalations and collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize the customer journey.
