The Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, banks, and credit unions to grow the company's wholesale lending business. They are responsible for managing client expectations, resolving operational issues, and tracking monthly loan volume and quality.

Responsible for manually underwriting non-QM mortgage loan applications and assessing borrower risk using alternative documentation. Collaborates with internal staff and external clients to clear conditions and ensure compliance with investor guidelines.

The Account Executive is expected to grow the company's wholesale lending business by developing and maintaining relationships with qualified mortgage loan brokers, banks, and credit unions within their assigned territory. Key activities include making daily outbound calls to develop new accounts, answering loan pricing and scenario questions, and working closely with operations to resolve issues.
