The Director of Drilling will own the well construction program, overseeing safety, integrity, and budget from design through field execution. They are responsible for building and scaling the drilling organization, including recruiting teams and establishing safety management systems.

The Nuclear Safety Analysis Engineer will perform accident analyses and safety calculations to support the safety case for a subsurface pressurized water reactor. They will also contribute to licensing submittals and coordinate with design, health physics, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.

The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic integrator managing the board process and the leadership team's operating rhythm. They are responsible for tracking organizational accountability and preparing the CEO for high-level external engagements and strategic initiatives.
