The Business Analytics Practice Lead is responsible for building and leading a consulting practice focused on helping clients leverage analytics to drive measurable business outcomes, defining advisory approaches, and creating executive-level insight frameworks. Key duties include designing and launching the practice, defining service offerings, leading the development of analytics solutions using Power BI, Birst, and Omni, and establishing governance standards.

The Products Application Developer handles customer support incidents and performs technical troubleshooting. They also deploy applications, upgrade existing customers, and collaborate with the product team.
