Manage the end-to-end partner relationship lifecycle for fintechs and software companies, from post-sale due diligence through onboarding and ongoing success. Coordinate cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues and optimize payment workflows.

Serve as the primary risk and compliance authority for the Partner Banking Division, overseeing the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to monitoring. Collaborate with leadership and regulators to design scalable controls and ensure innovation aligns with regulatory requirements.
