Responsible for originating, structuring, and closing long-term contracts for district energy and on-site energy solutions for new clients. The role involves managing the full development process, including permitting, interconnection, and coordination with internal engineering and finance teams.

Manage core corporate accounting activities including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. Support plant accounting operations by analyzing revenue recognition and operational expenses while driving systems optimization within NetSuite.

The Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of design, procurement, and construction activities to ensure project objectives are met. They monitor schedules, budgets, and quality while managing contractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

This role is responsible for directing all Project Controls activities, focusing on cost and schedule management, which includes supervising the team, preparing delivery plans, and defining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Key duties involve communicating project status to stakeholders, ensuring change management procedures are followed, and tracking critical metrics like CPI and SPI throughout project delivery.
