The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating revenue and profit growth by creating and managing customer relationships and delivering Concept Logistics’ solutions. This includes cold calling potential customers to build a sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding sales activity goals.
The Independent Sales Agent will develop and manage customer relationships to generate freight opportunities, negotiating rates and coordinating the full shipment lifecycle from booking through delivery. Responsibilities also include proactive communication with carriers and clients to resolve service issues and maintaining accurate records.
