The QA Engineer will own product quality across integrations, APIs, and AI-agent workflows, focusing on feature validation and exploratory testing. They will be responsible for building regression suites, investigating production issues, and driving defects to resolution.
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to technical validation and closing. Partner with Solutions Architecture and product teams to design pilots and translate customer pain points into product primitives.
You will own the end-to-end customer support queue by triaging, reproducing, and fixing bugs directly in the codebase. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between customers and engineering, assisting in pre-sales technical conversations and creating documentation to prevent recurring issues.
