The role provides support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems by analyzing processes and translating user requirements for development teams. It involves participating in system planning, vendor selection, and managing less complex system enhancement projects.

Assign ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT-4 codes for statistical and reimbursement requirements for inpatient and outpatient accounts. Collaborate with a large team of coders and educators to meet system-wide goals.

Build, enhance, and maintain the enterprise service management platform to support the Internal Service Desk and organization-wide support. Manage ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and service request management aligned with ITIL best practices.
