Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership, acting as a strategic partner to align resources with high-impact work. Manage complex calendars, coordinate Board of Directors logistics, and optimize executive workflows and communication processes.

The manager will drive district and state-level adoption of Code.org’s curriculum by building and managing a regional pipeline of opportunities and engaging senior administrators to secure formal implementation commitments. This involves leveraging policy, campaigns, and champion networks to accelerate adoption before handing off to the Implementation & Success team.
