The Vice President of Engineering will lead the company's technical vision, architecture, and execution while managing the integration of core data platforms with new AI products. This role involves acting as a player-coach to guide technical teams, drive roadmaps, and serve as a visible leader for both internal staff and external stakeholders.

Develop and ship high-quality full-stack software to support client missions. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to research, prototype, and debug software solutions.

Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closing to drive revenue growth within the nonprofit sector. Build high-value relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with product teams to align AI and data platform offerings with client needs.
