The role involves acting as a first responder for system incidents and managing database and server infrastructure to ensure high availability. You will collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable systems and evolve monitoring and alerting frameworks.

You will own the end-to-end design of the Discover platform, setting the vision and direction for AI-driven discovery experiences. You will collaborate with a founder-led product team to solve complex marketplace challenges while mentoring other designers to raise the overall craft standard.

The role involves owning a product area end-to-end, which includes identifying opportunities, framing problems, setting design direction, and shipping experiences while operating as a peer to Product and Engineering. Responsibilities also include driving craft standards, collaborating closely with engineers, and raising the bar for the broader design team through feedback and shared frameworks.

Lead the design and evolution of Circle's marketing website, creating a cohesive and compelling digital front door for our products and brand. Collaborate with marketing teams to design conversion-focused experiences that effectively communicate value to prospective customers.
