Celiac Disease Foundation

The assistant will research school district policies to identify those offering universal school meals across the United States. Findings will be tracked in a spreadsheet and documented for verification.

The intern will support non-profit management, PR, and marketing efforts for a celiac disease advocacy organization. Responsibilities include program development, data analysis, community engagement, and owning at least one individual project.

Oversee the overall development plan and fundraising efforts to ensure the Foundation's financial ability to carry out its mission. This includes organizing and evaluating philanthropic revenue strategies and participating in committee meetings.
