Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to engage residents, fellows, and early-career surgeons to drive adoption of Carlsmed technologies. Build strategic partnerships with academic training programs and provide clinical support to surgeons transitioning into independent practice.

The Strategic Accounts Director will lead contracting efforts with hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs to expand market access and drive profitable growth. They will also cultivate executive-level relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and strategic sales objectives.
